Busy general dentist office, located in Virginia Beach, immediately seeking an experienced Insurance Coordinator. We offer competitive compensation and a great working environment. Applicant must be able to work independently and as a team player.
Our ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, has a strong focus and understanding of customer service/satisfaction, and can adequately represent our practice by serving patients with "Ritz Carlton" treatment.
This position requires at least 3 years of dental insurance experience, knowledge of dental codes/terminology, proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, NEA, and Softdent, knowledge of navigating insurance websites, reconciling EOB's and payments, and insurance credentialing.
