Great opportunity for a full time Dental Front Office or Receptionist in Denton County!
We are looking for a full-time, energetic, highly-motivated and reliable person for
front desk at a patient-focused dental practice. The candidate must be professional
and friendly with high quality patient care and ability to work well in a team.
Front Office Responsibilities Include:
• Greet all patients and or clients.
• Answer telephones in a thorough and timely manner.
• Verify and updating all patient’s information.
• Confirming appointments, Scheduling appointments, and schedule re-care appointments.
• Collect co-pay and post charges to patient’s account.
• Check in/ check out all patients
• Obtain consent from every patient that gets treatment done.
• Coordinate front and back office patient flow and notify back office staff of
each patient’s arrival.
• General office duties i.e.: (all filing, faxing, copying, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front office environment at all times.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Have ability to work 1 Saturday/month.
• Travel to satellite office 1-2x times/week.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Dental Office Experience: 1 year or more.
• Proficiency with Eaglesoft Practice Management Software is a plus.
• Equivalent to high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Related experience and/or customer service training.
Bilingual is a plus!
Our office Hours:
One Saturday/month 8am-2pm (Usually on the third Saturday of the month).
