The ideal candidate is an energetic and positive personality who has 2+ years
experience as a dental assistant lead in General Restorative, Implant Placement,
Crown & Bridge and Endodontics. Professionalism is highly valued and sought after
as well as bilingual (English & Spanish).
In addition, the qualified candidate is an individual who has key leadership,
knowledge and hands-on long-term experience who is capable of leading a clinical
team to support the dentist with the following procedures:

Fixed Arch Solutions
The Experienced assistant should be well versed and will be expected to be capable
of training the team in the following areas:
Fabrication of Provisional units from scratch (temporary crowns and bridges-
Ability to understand the dentist's clinical needs and create appropriate and
efficient setups to support those clinical needs.
Cone Beam (CBCT)
Endodontic Setup and Assisting
Implant Setup and Assisting
Familiar with different systems and able to transition from one system to another
We will not consider candidates who are recent graduates from dental assisting
programs or who do not have the necessary experience.
