Our team needs a Front Desk team member to serve as the face of our office and
to connect with our patients. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing person who
genuinely enjoys being around people and who can multitask. This team member
must respond quickly to patient emails, phone calls, and in person inquiries.
The ideal candidate must be able to write well, and must be neat and tidy.
• Greet all guests and patients when they arrive in the office;
• Answer emails and phone calls to respond to current and prospective
• Schedule appointments for patients;
• Communicate patients’ needs and complaints to the Doctor;
• Assist other team members in their duties;
• Complete special projects as assigned by the Doctor
Qualifications and Skills:
• Positive, upbeat attitude;
• Ability to multitask and stay organized;
• Experience with SoftDent;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Friendly phone manner;
• Proficient with Word, Outlook, and Excel;
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
