JOB SUMMARY: The Practice Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, profit and loss, and overall success of the dental office in the Smyrna, GA office. Practice Manager will ensure that the office is served by capable, trained, self-motivated team members, who understand and uphold the Company’s purpose and mission of helping children achieve and mission of helping children achieve a lifetime of oral health. EDUCATION /CREDENTIALS: · BS/BA degree is preferred JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE: · Minimum of 3 years of experience in dental or related fields JOB-RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES · Excellent organizational skills · Excellent computer skills · Highly motivated team player with exceptional customer service skills · Ability to juggle multiple priorities · Self-starter and able to work with little supervision WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: · Office Environment. · Local travel on as needed basis.
