The Practice Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, profit and
loss, and overall success of the dental office in the Smyrna, GA office.
Practice Manager will ensure that the office is served by capable, trained,
self-motivated team members, who understand and uphold the Company’s purpose and mission of helping children achieve

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Directs and supervises employees engaged in office operations.

· BS/BA degree is preferred
JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in dental or related fields
· Excellent organizational skills
· Excellent computer skills
· Highly motivated team player with exceptional customer service skills
· Ability to juggle multiple priorities
· Self-starter and able to work with little supervision
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
