Responsibilities: * Oversee daily office activities * Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments * Manage internal office protocols and procedures to ensure office efficiency * Ensure the delivery of quality dental care to patients * Respond efficiently to patients and doctor needs inquiries, to ultimately en ensure patient satisfaction * Manage patient schedule and patient traffic flow by ensuring patient appointments, cancellations, and last-minute adjustment are handled properly * Process and reconcile payments, and collect copayments * Verify insurance benefits and oversee the processing of insurance * Present and review treatment plans with patients in detail, and cost as associated with each procedure. Arrange payment schedules * Assist patients in applying for credit (i.e. Care Credit/ Lending Club) and other financial as other financial assistance * Hire, train, and develop staff to meet performance standards * Conduct employee performance reviews, promotions, and terminations * Perform timely payroll processing * Manage staff scheduling ensuring operational standards are met * Monitor and maintain the budget for office expenses by performing inventory control control and management to support cost reduction initiatives * Assist with marketing and promotional programs to attract more patients * Maintain facility and equipment in accordance with hygiene and safety regu regulations including OSHA and HIPAA Education and Experience: * Bachelor’s or Associates Degree preferred * 3+ years’ dental management experience required, along with clinical knowledge * Must be fluent in both English and Spanish * Working knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols * Knowledge of dental terminology * Knowledge of Open Dental software or similar * Ability to multi-task efficiently * Excellent customer service, leadership, and problem-solving skills * Excellent computer skills Job Type: Full-time Schedule- Monday-Thursday
