We have an immediate opening for a front office staff member. Job duties include
but not limited to: answering multi line phone, check in/out, updating demographic
information, scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, using patient
messaging software, email or text patients as needed, some insurance verification.
Eaglesoft knowledge is a huge plus. We are also considering someone who has
assisting experience that may want to fill in if needed. This is a great
opportunity for someone just starting in the field, we are very willing to train
the right person. Outgoing personality a must. Hours are M-W 7:20 am to 4:30 pm;
Thursday 6:50 to 3 pm; Friday 8-12.
