RECRUITING WORLD CLASS TALENT Orthodontic Clinical Assistant (RDA/Radiology Certification Required) Treatment Coordinator Lite Average 32 hours/week Serious Applicants Only; Cover Letter and Resume Required We are a cutting-edge orthodontic practice offering Invisalign, braces, and other types of orthodontic services in Davidson & Rutherford Counties. The primary responsibilities of this position are to support the treatment coordinator and clinic with emphasis on patient comfort and satisfaction. The technician is deeply involved in patient care, from sanitizing and preparing instruments to maintaining patient records. Here's what we need in a new team member: excellent people skills, warm and friendly personality, articulate verbal abilities, a stellar work ethic, passionate interest in photography and a team attitude. As a treatment coordinator light we also look for staff that: excel in a fast paced environment, great eye-hand coordination, enjoys the artistic side of designing a smile, likes to problem solve how teeth move and be able to persevere when learning. Applicants must: -Relate well to parents (i.e. moms) and patients age 6 – 80. We treat all ages.-Learn quickly-Possess strong prioritization and time management skills-Take initiative and have impeccable follow through.- Be professional, confident, and extremely reliable-Take constructive criticism well-Be computer savvy and able to trouble shoot issues. Also, applicants are required to have RDA and Radiology license for Tennessee. CPR and Coronal Polishing a plus but not required. This position requires travel to both our locations and cross training in different areas of our practice (Reception, Treatment Coordinating, Lab, Marketing). All employees are required to attend community events outside of working hours as needed through each year.
