We are looking to grow our team and seeking an awesome Dental Assistant. Below
is our description of our goals for our office and our new team member.
Everybody at Laxa Dentistry is a Chief. Each team member owns their own job
responsibilities. There are no ordinary team members here. Your primary
responsibility will be to provide stellar patient care and assist the doctor.
Hours will be between 35 to 38 hours a week. Monday thru Thursday 7:30 a.m.
until last patient leaves between 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Friday hours vary
depending on responsibilities and whether we are providing patient care that
day. A health insurance group plan is available at the employee expense. We
do not have a xxxk or extensive vacation packages.
Laxa Dentistry works specifically with patients who are looking for
comprehensive solutions as well as educating those patients we hope to grow to
this level. It is important to us that our patients connect with us to have
the ability to grow in their dental knowledge.

Helping patients reach their goals and overcoming obstacles that keep them from
Performing a range of simple to complex dental assisting and communication
skills that will require a warm, enthusiastic, people oriented team player. A
minimum of 2 years experience is required with references. Dental assisting
responsibilities will include but are not limited to: proficiency in all
aspects of dentistry, digital x-ray, temporary crowns, treatment planning and
power point planning.

Sense of urgency.
Applicants must have a wide range of communication skills in person as well as
practical dental assisting skills.
High knowledge of dentistry and dental assisting.
Ability to solve problems with little supervision.
Strong attention to detail.
Comfortable with change and working in different situations.
