Timber Creek Dental - Keller Texas Job Title: Front office Seeking a front desk, permanent employee for our dental practice in Keller, TX. We are looking for an experienced, detailed oriented, energetic team member with a positive attitude and a friendly smile. This position requires a self- starter, who is able to problem solve while multi-tasking throughout the day. We are seeking someone with front desk experience and great customer service skills! The ideal candidate would be proficient in Dentrix with a minimum of 5 yrs. dental experience. A job seeker with additional experience as a dental assistant would be even more desirable. Job Summary: Responsible and held accountable for the successful operation of the dental office as a business unit. This includes providing excellent patient care while maintaining the values within our office. Working to quickly build relationships with patients to ensure a positive experience for them. A professional at all times while working with patients and other staff members. Manage and maintain our practice schedule while assisting the team with duties with enthusiasm and professionalism. A primary contact for patients, staff, and the dentist. Responsible for: patient check-in, check out while scheduling patient appointments. Promptly following up with patients to answer their questions and to help patients who need to schedule or reschedule their appointments. Able to perform routine office tasks such as answering the phone, checking emails, responding via email, faxing, filing, sending claims, posting payments, and running daily, weekly and monthly reports for the office. Experience verifying insurance eligibility for existing patients and new patients. Continually maintaining up-to-date and accurate patient information and insurance information. Capable of successfully formulating treatment plans and capable of discussing the details with our patients. Responsible for the correspondence of insurance claims. An experienced, lead in managing the daily duties of the front desk position. *Applicants must have great customer service skills, be detailed oriented, be reliable and maintain great communication skills. This is a full-time position. Hourly pay will vary depending on experience. Resumes will be reviewed and prequalified applicants will be called for an initial phone screening. After a successful phone screening has occurred the applicant will be called in for a working office interview. Hours of operation are: Monday & Wednesday 7am – 4pm Tuesday & Thursday 8am – 5pm Friday 7am – 12:00pm
