We're searching to fill a Front Office/Administrator/Receptionist
position with someone who is highly personable, hard working, organized and
energetic. Excellent phone skills and etiquette are a must. The position is full
time with normal "banking hours" Monday through Thursday with Fridays being a
Experience with dental front office responsibilities is important and
familiarity with Eaglesoft practice management software is highly preferred.
This would include understanding the ever changing waters of the dental
insurance world. We are primarily a PPO practice. Responsibilities include
managing the schedule, investigating insurance benefits, processing claims,
presenting treatment plans and collecting appropriate copayments. An interest in
marketing and knowledge of social media would be a bonus.
The current staff is small and does not require significant
management. However, as the practice continues to grow and additional staff are
added in the future, there will be opportunities to transition to a more
traditional Practice Manager role.
