We are in need of a bi-lingual,
reliable, steady employee that excels at customer service.
Meet, greet and schedule patients. Good administrative skills and customer
Work with insurance carriers and coordinate billing and payments. In addition,
work on recall programs and marketing programs as requested. Keep up-to-date
attend classes and seminars as required.
Greet patients with an enthusiastic, welcoming, and professional demeanor
Field patient phone calls
Market practice to prospective patients
Schedule appointments for new and existing patients
Assist in sending out appointment reminder cards
Obtain all necessary new patient information, including demographics, insurance
benefits, and prior x-rays
Track referrals and assist in managing our referral program
Make confirmation calls for all scheduled appointments
Handle scheduling changes in a timely and efficient manner
Communicate with dental insurance companies on a daily basis to obtain benefit
Prepare and explain financial information regarding treatment to patients
Review account history and effectively answer patient’s questions in regards to
charges, payments, and insurance
Process patient’s charges, collect out of pocket portions due, and submit
to insurance with all necessary documentation
Send out monthly statements and make A/R phone calls
of the dental practice including terminology, procedures and coding elements
Uphold a positive attitude and be willing to take on additional tasks as needed
Work as a TEAM MEMBER; HELP OUT OTHER STAFF MEMBERS AS NEEDED.!!!!
Salary is dependent upon experience; negotiable.
Hours are: Monday - Wednesday and Friday
