Busy private practice looking to build our team with a full time experienced front
desk Receptionist. This position requires that you are experienced and efficient
with Dentrix software. We need a team memeber committed to providing excellent
customer service and communication for our patients.
Daily Responsibilities include but are not limited to answering the telephone in a
friendly and professional manner, responding appropriately to calls, voicemail,
and inquiries, managing the email and texting correspondence, check in patients
and schedule appointments,
insurance verification and benefits, calculating copays, submitting prior
authorizations with all needed attachments, submitting dental claims to
insurances, collecting payments and mailing
billing statements, account collections, recall reports and scheduling, insurance
claim recovery, filing, cleaning the front desk
area and lobby.
