A qualified administrative candidate must:
• Be fast, proficient and accurate with software management processes and easily
connect the dots to update records and notes for easy “team playing” with your
• Have past experience in collection and fee review and, ideally, some level of
experience with insurance process / billing.
• Possess a stable work history and excellent references.
• Take initiative to guide parents into appointment times letting them know how
compliance with our office procedures helps give the best service to their child
and other children-patients.
• Build rapport and trust with others.
• Treasure a close-knit, cohesive team where staff have a positive mindset!
• Be dependable, reliable, flexible, credible, professional and articulate.
• Be educated: Candidates who are college graduates are preferred, but those who
possess the critical thinking and problem solving skills gained by quality work
experiences will be given consideration also.
