We are in search for a full time Dental Office Manager for our Seguin office to provide effective leadership, supervision and guidance to our dental team. We are a friendly small dental group with practices in 3 locations (San Antonio, New Braunfels and Seguin). The office manager will be responsible for the day to day operation of the practice, making sure that guidelines are followed and working towards ensuring objectives are met. Manager should be experienced in verifying patients insurance benefits and will communicate with patients about it. He/she will handle patients bill collections and make accounts receivable are efficiently managed. The office manager will be the main person to educate patients about their treatment needs, and for making sure patients questions, concerns or complaints are addressed. Coordinates practitioners schedules to maximize use of space and support personnel. Works with staff to identify, develop and implement processes to enhance dental operations and practices for ongoing quality improvement. Performs other job related duties assigned as needed. We have patients of all backgrounds and ages. As well as a large Hispanic patient base. Therefore, candidate should be bilingual and sociable. We are also a quick paced practice, looking to provide efficient service to our patients. Candidate should be able to withstand pressure, be organized and energetic to keep up.
