least 5 years experience and is proficient with Eaglesoft.
We are looking for an upbeat, personable, professional dental office front desk
team member to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone and customer service skills.
Daily responsibilities include scheduling appointments, verifying insurance,
electronically submitting claims, entering payments, and sending pre-estimates.
The team member must possess the dental knowledge and confidence to present
treatment plans, discuss financial arrangements and answer patient questions
about their insurance.
