About the Dr. Hes been practicing general dentistry for 19 years. Hes a perfectionist and likes to do the job correctly the first time around. He believes this philosophy should be carried throughout the team. His patients love and trust him and he has a very high retention rate of long term patients. He completed his implant surgery course at Columbia University in New York. He is multi-faceted and has extensive experience in performing in house case by case surgeries, endo, grafting
Our Team: Were a small practice with 1 Dr, 1 Hygienist, 1 DA, 1 receptionist, and OM. ( Thats you) There is room for growth.
Our Office: We are conveniently located right off of the Springfield Interchange, aka Mixing Bowl which means we are accessible via, I-495, I-95, and I-395, Metro and Metro Bus. We ask for high work quality during office hours but insist our team has a good life/ work balance.

Someone who wants to make an impact on our office. Possess a sunny disposition and can engage with patient interactions. Our practice is small and we pride ourselves for getting to know each one of our patients. We do not operate on a move them / move them out basis. We do take the time to make each patient feel we are giving them our undivided attention. Adding a personal touch. It is very much part of our office culture. We require a minimum of 5 years experience in a Dental Management position with a proven track record.
Where you fit: We need a LEADER. Our Team is craving for a strong, fair and sensible Leader who can not only talk the talk but lead through actions and yield results. The Dr needs an experienced Manager who can be trusted to be his eyes and ears for the practice. Someone who can handle the business aspects while letting him tend to the clinical aspects. The Manager will be the Dr. trusted go to. You will be working with very little supervision outside of your daily end of day meetings with the Dr. to touch base on tasks, cases, accounts, goals, strategy, etc.
