Financial Treatment Coordinator
Seeking a Full-Time Dental Financial/Treatment Coordinator!
Our growing private practice close to Miami Lakes, FL is seeking a positive
experienced and self-motivated Dental Practice Financial/Treatment Coordinator
who is ready to learn and grow with our dental team!
The ideal candidate should possess exceptional written and verbal communication
skills, superior customer service, knowledge of dentistry, a friendly, outgoing
demeanor and excellent organizational skills.
Daily tasks including, but not limited to,
Treatment plan presentation and coordination of acceptable financial agreements
with patients in accordance with practice guidelines and productive/efficient
scheduling for the Doctor, Team, and Patient experience.
Optimizes daily schedules (Doctor and Hygiene) for services to ensure
eligibility for services and proper codes for billing.
Patient Interaction - Ensures proper patient flow, monitors daily appointment
duration/completion making any adjustments as needed to stay on track with
Confirm all treatment billed is properly coded and submitted to insurance
companies (if applicable) with required supporting documentation, narratives,
charting, films, etc.
Maintains all the Doctor’s schedules to ensure alignment/accuracy of practice
Sees all cosmetic consults, conducts immediate follow-up on all calls and online
communication regarding potential cosmetic cases. Schedules, arranges financing,
and completes follow-through to completion for the case.
Answer phones, follow-up on unscheduled treatment plans, treatment planning,
financial arrangements, effective marketing strategy implementation, and
efficiency in scheduling for goal achievement.
Utilize and monitor all additional software programs used for making
appointments for patients, lead follow-up, etc.
Miscellaneous Tasks - Scheduling/confirming appointments and calling unscheduled
treatment, Updating patient personal/insurance information, Entering payments
(personal/insurance) onto patient accounts,
3+ Years Experience in Dental Environment where responsibilities involved Dental
Billing, Coding, and Claims Submission to Insurance Companies
Education: High School Graduate Requires – Some College Coursework Preferred
Computer Proficiency - Working knowledge for navigating technology, Basic
Microsoft Office Skills
Eaglesoft Experience/Knowledge Preferred – Familiarity with additional Practice
Management Softwares/Third Party Systems a plus.
Highly organized, Detail-oriented, Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to work collaboratively with Doctors and other team members.
