Seeking a talented, experienced dental front office administrator to join our

presenting treatment to patients, scheduling for productivity and efficiency,

The Front Office Patient Coordinator will maintain all administrative functions
in the front office. This includes but is not limited to: answering the office
phone and managing messages, promptly communicating patients’ arrival/check in,
managing administrative records and office charts, Check out patients, Collect
patient estimated portion, scheduling appointments.
The Front Office Patient Coordinator will also be asked to following office
procedures for patient referrals and scheduling of office appointments. Other
duties include maintaining office accounts receivable information, making
financial arrangements with patients before treatments and report the office
administrative supplies that are needed to the office manager
