We are a state-of-the-art orthodontic practice looking for a superstar
orthodontic assistant to join our Team. We are looking for the right person to
not only help create amazing smiles, but also to help promote our office culture,
core values and to support our vision to help us grow to be the premier
orthodontic office in Dallas.
Your daily primary duty will be to make each patient’s visit to our office the
best part of their day by delivering smiles while having fun. You must love
getting to know all types of people, including fidgety and chatty 7 year olds,
quiet and cranky teens, and grateful adults. You must be able to have a
conversation with patients as young as 7 all the way to 83 (our most senior
patient to date!). The ability to communicate and connect with teens and their
parents is important.
We are looking for a team member that is calm, yet friendly, pleasant, outgoing,
and professional that understands the importance of teamwork.
We are looking for someone that thrives by reaching beyond your comfort-zone to
learn new techniques and ideas and embrace challenges, change, and growth. You
must love to learn and be self-motivated and proactive. Our office believes in
continual personal and professional growth.
This full-time position is for 4 days/week, though roughly 1-2 weeks/mo will be 5
days/week. We are not open on weekends, but the position will require you to
occasionally help after hours and/or on weekends to participate in marketing and
team bonding events.
You must have a current RDA license, CPR card, and at least 1 year of full-time
orthodontics-only experience within the last 2 years. Experience with Invisalign,
intra-oral scanning and 3D printing is a plus. Pay will be based on experience,
personality, passion for helping people, and leadership ability. If you are a
natural leader that can inspire and lead a clinical Team, you may also be
considered for the position of Lead Assistant.
