The Dental Practice Manager partners with the Dentist to drive the growth and success of the office by supporting excellence in patient care and exceeding patient service expectations. As a Practice Manager you are responsible and accountable for the results of and the day-to-day operations of the office. We are looking for: Ultimate Team Player Hard Worker Compassionate and Empathetic Great Organization Skills Positive Attitude Willingness to jump in and get the job done A Professional and Friendly Demeanor Ability to work with all ages Bilingual To be an asset to the team you will get the opportunity to: Provide a superior customer service experience Use excellent communication and interpersonal skills Supervise all front and back office staff Maintain a professional work environment Recruit, hire and develop office team capable of providing best in class patient care Directly supervise office team and proactively manage their performance and development including but not limited to performance feedback, appraisals, and corrective actions Communicate with office team regularly to ensure they have the information, tools, and support needed to perform their jobs effectively and successfully Qualifications of those who have been successful in this role: Bilingual (English/Spanish required) Achieve revenue goals by effectively managing patient scheduling, staff productivity, collections and receivables Increase and stimulate new patient growth by supporting sales, marketing and promotional programs Complete administrative tasks, such as financial review, end of day reporting, staff payroll, accounts receivable reports correctly and within deadlines Manage and assist designated office team members with appropriate payment and insurance processes Maintain facilities and equipment cleanliness and safety and reports and/or corrects hazards when necessary in compliance with all state and federal regulations, including OSHA Maintain confidentiality of company employees and patient information.
