Patient Concierge and Social Media Coordinator
We are a privately owned practice specializing in Cosmetic, General, Implant and soon-to-be Sedation Dentistry. The ‘patient concierge’ will make the first and last impression when patients visit our office. The ideal candidate is polished and professional, has excellent communication skills, a super-friendly demeanor, and understands the importance of the position as it pertains to providing efficient and comfortable patient care. This ideal candidate will also create and maintain a strong online presence for our office.
-Proven experience in premium customer service.
-Excellent communication skills with an outgoing personality
-Multitasking and analytical skills
-Be a tech-savvy person exhibiting proficiency with platforms and devices such as iPads, Windows, Microsoft Office, Google drive, Dropbox, etc.
-Above average knowledge of multiple social media platforms.
Patient Concierge Responsibilities:
-Your primary duty is to make sure the patient’s requests are addressed - clinical, financial - even special requests. Typically, the dental office is not a pleasant place for patients. The patient’s comfort is our number one priority.
-Serve as a liaison between the patient and any of the business team.
-Route phone calls to appropriate parties.
-“Director of first impressions” - Meet, greet, and assist patient in getting them prepared for their dental treatment.
-Give office tour to all new patients.
-Manage incoming and outgoing lab cases
-Manage specialist followups - update patient charts, keep treatment coordinators aware of any followup treatment needing to be completed.
-Occasional scheduling and collecting copays
-Track and report NP referral sources
Social Media Coordinator Responsibilities:
-Researching audience preferences and discover current trends in our industry
-Curate engaging text, image, and video content with the assistance of a design company
-Designing posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and creating buzz around new treatment or upgrades around the office.
-Train teammates to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way.
-With the help of doctors, develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
