Minimum of two years of dental office experience. Friendly, outgoing and caring character. Must be self-sufficient with strong leadership skills. Social media and some dental practice marketing experience. Insurance processing to include claim verification, processing, billing, follow-up, and collections. Computer skills with expertise in Word and Excel. Communication skill with expertise in navigational command and folder storage of e-mail. Punctual, appropriate attire and hygiene Pass a criminal background check. Job responsibilities include: Greeting patients with a smile. Answering the phone with a pleasant, helpful tone. Patient flow including scheduling and confirming appointments. Ensure all new patient forms are completed and signature executed as required. Seeks referrals, repeat patients and applies marketing skills to build a patient base. Commitment to maintaining an attractive, clean and cheerful lobby and workspace. Comply with federal, state and local laws that apply to this position. Address other office tasks as necessary or requested. To use a dental program to track guest records with proficiency.
