As a team member of HENRY, the Office Manager is responsible for creating a smooth patient booking experience for all HENRY practices by answering all inbound phone calls, managing the centralized inbox and staying on top of all patient reschedules through the booking software system.
Answering all inbound customer inquiries
Managing the centralized inbox
Confirming patient appointments (same day and next day)
Scheduling all recall appointments and managing follow-ups
Responding to all public online reviews
Manage the booking software system
JOB COMPETENCIES – KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Excellent communication skills, we want to “hear” you smile on the phone!
Organized and knows how to prioritize a busy work schedule
Naturally task oriented
Naturally upbeat and optimistic
Must be very proficient in technology and a typing speed of 40wpm+
Knowledge of PPO dental billing preferred
Proven prior work experience in a Customer Service or Office Manager role
HOURS OF OPERATION
Mon-Thurs- 11:30 AM-8 PM
Fri- 8 AM- 4 PM
Sat (rotating)- 10 AM- 4 PM
