The Front Desk – Patient Coordinator is an essential link between the patient and the office staff.
Answer phone calls with a smile
Schedule patient appointments
Greet all patients with a smile
Check patients in and out
Verify patient’s insurance coverage and provider
Present treatment plans to patients
Assists dentists / RDA teams when necessary
Follow up with patients that have pending treatment
Complete follow-up calls to patients
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE FRONT DESK / PATIENT COORDINATOR INCLUDE:
2 years of Dental front office experience preferred
Dentrix experience preferred.
Candidates with RDA certification will be preferred.
