CORDENTAL Group, an emerging DSO, has an exciting opportunity for an expe experienced, dynamic dental Office Manager in Philadelphia, PA at the practice of D of Drs. Melman, Ravett and Associates. The Office Manager is responsible for leading and managing the overall operations of the dental practice. They are accountable for achieving financial goals and attaining sustainable business results focusing specifically on revenue, profit, and practice growth and sustainability. They are directly responsibility for the day-to-day management of non-clinical staff, the schedu scheduling and productivity of the practice, practice marketing and customer experi experience. Specific responsibilities include: •Administers all “business” operations such as timekeeping, performance ma management, customer retention, and reporting and regulatory compliance. •Possesses a strong “general business” understanding of medical billing, pr practice management and personnel management. •Marketing the practice to the general community through career fairs, meeting re referral sources, local business groups as well as working closely with the co corporate Marketing and Operations team. •Creates a respectful workplace and is accessible, open to new ideas, and re respectful of the opinions of others, fostering a cooperative and collaborative wo work environment. •Responsible for achieving budgeted goals and objectives. •Works closely with clinical staff to market and promote the practice to grow th the business. •Actively works to streamline processes throughout the practice for maximum ef efficiency. •Verifies and approves all invoices, expenses, and purchases and submits to the Re Resource Center for approval and payment. •Works to have a positive, influential relationship with clinical staff. •Ensures a positive customer experience for our patients including interactions wi with the staff, office appearance, billing and collection resolutions. •Communicates regularly with the practice staff through staff meetings, written co communication, and/or other means to ensure staff is kept informed of policies, ch changes, etc. •Ensures patient privacy and general adherence HIPAA regulations are followed thro throughout the practice. Addresses and/or corrects any identified issues. Ensures appropriate clinical coverage to meet patient demands as well as growth th the practice. Candidates must have dental management experience. They should have 2+ years experience managing a growth-oriented dental practice, be proficient with pr practice management software (preferably DENTRIX), and be knowledgeable of the de dental industry.
