Specific Tasks and Qualifications include: Qualified candidates must have outstanding telephone and customer service skills and consistently demonstrate accurate detail management within a multi-tasking environment. Prior dental office experience is valuable, but not required. After training, responsibilities will include multi-tasking between general admin duties, answering the phone, scheduling patient appointments, making new patient appointments, data entry, and providing extraordinary customer service. Additional priorities include: 1. Tuesday, Wed, and Thursday: Arrive at 7:30 AM and work until the day ends typically between 3:15 and 3:30PM. To offer our patients other appointment choices, our team also works “every other Monday” from 11:30 PM to 7:30 PM. You’ll also be “OFF” every other Monday! Friday work hours will alternate weekly between 7:30 – 1:30 or 8AM – 12PM. 2. Positive outlook, easy-going problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent spoken and written language skills. 4. Stable work history. 5. Accurate data management, software-friendly mindset, and the ability to connect how working your part of a system will affect another team member’s role. 6. Comfortable requesting payment due at the time of service. 7. Enjoy a role similar to that of a “concierge” extending kindness, hospitality and helpfulness to our “family” of patients.
