Duties and responsibilities
• Check claims for accuracy before claims or batched to be sent to insurance.
• Send claims to insurance company (attaching x-rays and narratives).
• Post Insurance Payments
• Audit accounts.
• Month End Reports
Care Credit Reports
Debit To / From Report
Practice Analysis Report
Procedures not attached to Insurance claim report
• Record Errors on Note log and disperse.
• Send appeal letters.
• Work Insurance Aging
• Enter Fee Schedules
• Make daily deposits
• Do month End
• Process refund requests
• Transfer Money requests
• Send Statements
• Send Unfinished treatment letters
• Call Patients
**Applicant MUST have at least 3 years of Dental Insurance Experience
Working Knowledge of Open Dental Preferred
5+ years of Dental Experience Preferred
