SOHDental is looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to provide supervisory support for our supported practice. This entry-level management position, you’ll utilize your team-building and communication skills to their fullest. It is especially important for this role to act as a liaison between the team members and Home Office. You must deliver messages in a timely and consistent manner. This role is essential in shaping and maintaining the culture of the supported office. This is a leadership role that will require exceptional communication and organization skills as well as leading in a positive and productive manner. He or she will be responsible for not only the growth of one’s self but the growth of the entire team. This position partners directly with the supported dentist(s) of the practice and reports to the Regional Manager of Operations. Responsibilities • Leadership • Lead by example – Positive and Productive Manner • Coach team to provide exceptional patient experiences. • Build leaders within the practice • Provide ongoing feedback, training and annual performance and salary reviews for team members within the practice. • Serve as the liaison between SOHDental Home Office Departments including: • Payroll • Human Resources • Accounts Payable • Marketing • Supplies • Recruiting • Employee Relations Duties* • Maintain focus on a productive schedule that supports dentists and hygienists as they deliver high quality patient care and exceptional experiences. • Schedule team members to ensure adequate shift coverage and facilitate requests for time off. * Proper Staffing • Conduct interviewing, on-boarding and training of new hires. * Work within budget guidelines to maintain supported office profitability. • Manage accounts receivables including timely and accurate insurance claim processing and patient billing. • Assist patients with applying for credit and other financial assistance. • Coordinate daily team huddles, weekly team meetings and quarterly business meetings. • Serve as the point person for office management duties including: • Office cleaning and maintenance • Verify practice invoices • Verify and submit payroll • Clinical and non-clinical supplies ordering * Maintain protocols and guidelines as they relate to patient privacy (HIPAA) and team member safety (OSHA). ***MUST HAVE DENTAL MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE*** Job Type: Full-time
