We are a young business that is gaining speed at an awesome rate and want to bring on a rockstar for the “face of our office”. Basic requirements include insurance verification experience, exceptional ability to multitask and awesome customer service skills!
This is not a job for someone who just wants to clock in and out. You need to be hungry to grow and learn and take on new challenges constantly. We want someone who is open to being or is already cross trained with back office duties. We compensate very competitively and provide benefits and bonus packages as well. The office is located in one of the most upscale parts of Houston and we are looking for someone with sophistication and an upbeat personality as customer service is one of the main duties of this position. Marketing experience is a huge plus!!
Other experience needed involves scheduling appointment in person and on the phone, answering the phone and working with our paperless office systems for forms, communication etc.
We use Eaglesoft and Yapi and experience in both is also a plus!
