The ideal candidate shall have 5 or more years of work experience as an Office Manager/Practice Administrator or as a treatment/financial/insurance coordinator with a proven track record of presenting treatments and delivering high acceptance rates. Communication and sales related skills along with treatment and clinical knowledge are a must! Ability to play well in a Team oriented environment is also critical. Other very desirable skills and experiences are: making large case financial arrangements, using third party financing companies, scheduling for productivity, pending treatment follow up, insurance, and reading EOBs. Other job responsibilities will be: ensure all front office duties/accounting is properly completed and reported to doctors, implement and maintain office policies, track vital practice numbers, analyze and pay all bills, arrange Team meetings and manager meetings with doctors and dental coach, work directly on marketing, such as business to business marketing, community events, consumer events, planning events and generating ideas to get new referrals and new patients, credentialing of provider/s, insurance negotiations, ensure all certifications and licensure are up to date, hire, train, and schedule all Team members. Qualifications: Highschool diploma or equivalent plus 5 years managing/front office administrative experience, excellent verbal skills, exceptional leadership and motivational skills, knowledge of QuickBooks, accounting, and payroll softwares is a plus, must be proficient in Microsoft Office, must be able to generate correspondence letters when necessary, be willing to travel and attend growth seminars/CE.
