DENTAL OFFICE MANAGER - BI-LINGUAL JOB SUMMARY The Office Manager is directly responsible for the management of the day-to-day business operations through directing and developing a high performing office team and cultivating positive relationships with our doctors. The Office Manager champions behaviors to drive superior levels of patient service and employee satisfaction while striving continuously to improve results. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Takes responsibility for the appearance and functionality of the office Proven ability in providing a positive patient experience Responsible for maintaining a good working relationship with any Doctor and the office staff Maintains facilities equipment in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations including OSHA Insures all employees follow mandatory training and policy set in the Employee Handbook Responsible for managing payroll for the office, to include: Proper time keeping of employees, approving time off requests, monitoring and performing time adjustments and approving payroll Responds to employee relation issues Ability to apply constructive criticism, and offer new ideas to increase office efficiency Proficiency in insurance submission and follow-up, for prompt insurance payments to office Ability to present treatment plans to patients, discuss financial options with patients Run and Analyze Reports Support marketing and promotional initiatives Maintains patient data according to regulations and company policies Ensures records are stored securely and in compliance with privacy and security regulations Responsible for employee’s performance and reviews Maintains a complete and accurate operations manual Responsible for patient and employee experience Other duties as assigned MINIMUM EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS Education: High School graduate or GED Requirements: Must be bi-lingual (English and Spanish) 2 years of dental management experience preferred Knowledge of Dental office clinical operations and terminology Experience using Eaglesoft software as well as Microsoft Office and e-mail Ability to train, lead and manage a team Maintains a high level of integrity Maintains a high level of confidentiality Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Knowledge and insurance plans and claims processing Knowledge of accounting principles Detail Oriented Job Type: Full-time MON-FRI 9AM-6PM RATE: Negotiable Job Type: Full-time
