Looking for a rockstar Front Office Coordinator that is outgoing and detail oriented.
Build rapport with current patients, potential patients and act as a liaison between patient and the doctor
Presenting treatment plans for prescribed treatment to patients and discussing their financial obligations and options-and get a YES!
Utilizing excellent verbal skills to increase practice production and meet or exceed and production, collections and sales goals for the practice
Creative brainstorming in the areas of marketing and community relations Engaging in correspondence via mail, email, and phone with potential patients, current patient base, and colleagues in the dental industry
Daily use of the computer utilizing word-processing software and dental practice management software
Self-motivated- sees what needs to be done and does it.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel needed, general computer knowledge and comprehension is necessary, and technology problem-solving skills a plus.
High school education is required; college coursework or post-secondary education a plus.
Attention to personal appearance and presentation for face-to-face consultations with patients and their families
Ability to educate others while addressing their desires, concerns, or hesitation
Exemplary communication skills including effective listening skills to meet patients needs
Willingness to learn and execute new sales-coaching processes or programs
Commitment to ethical conduct and respect for patient privacy protocols
Four-day work week, hours vary between 7:00am and 5:00pm, competitive wages, major holidays off, continuing education, team building/training with top-notch practice management consultants. Please include a resume, letter of introduction and salary requirements.
