Looking for a highly motivated and friendly team member, who enjoys providing patients with the best experience and helping them maintain their health. Front office administrative staff with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Essential job responsibilities: • Greet and interact with every patient in a positive, friendly and professional manner • Verify patient insurance eligibility (Medicaid and private insurance) prior to the patient’s appointment and make sure all information is on their chart • Ensure service limits are recorded and communicated to the clinical team prior to treatment • Keep up to date with ADA service code changes and communicate them to staff • Communicate in person and on the phone with both patients and insurance companies regarding accounts and eligibility • Write narratives • Periodically update insurance fee schedules and coverage books • Review and present treatment plans to patients • Respond requests for information from both patients and staff in a timely manner • Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and patient privacy • Answer calls • Schedule appointments • Make courtesy appointment confirmation calls • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred • Perform other job related duties as assigned Compensation is hourly and based upon experience and skill level.
