Lead Patient Coordinator- Dr. Cooper This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious customer service representative to be a part of a growing practice. As the Lead Patient Coordinator at Bella Dental, you are an important part of our mission. You will lead the front desk call center and be responsible for filling our patient schedule while providing exceptional patient experience to everyone you meet. As the primary person answering the phone, you will be a critical part of our business and our business growth. A motivated and ambitious individual will be able to grow within this role, and eventually train and lead an inbound call team. In a Nutshell, Your Top Priorities: • Handle all inbound calls with professionalism and exceptional service • Book new patients; whether they reach out to us by phone, email, or online forms • Keep our schedule full to at least 80%; recognizing opportunities for improvement • Retain current patients by booking the next appointments and following up on cancelations • Focused on reaching New Patient goals, and track New Patients counts monthly • Maintain phone certification through our training programs • Educate patients about service offerings and special promotions • Schedule Patients in Dentrix Necessary Skills and Experience • Exceptional customer service skills; in person and on the phone • Experience answering inbound calls and working in an office environment • Problem-Solver who is committed to helping patients • Follows through on commitments to patients and employees • Willing to learn and grow personally and professionally • Detail-oriented and organized, able to generate new patient reports monthly • Familiarity with Dentrix is preferred • Leadership skills are a plus to help build a team Our Vision: Our vision at Bella Dental is to make a bigger impact on our community by growing and expanding while raising the bar in dentistry.
