Head of Operations - Pueblo West, Colorado - We are currently searching for a passionate, service-oriented leader who can support explosive growth of multiple private practice locations in the Pueblo West area. - The Head of Operations will be responsible for the big-picture development and success of our Dental organization while completely planning, coordinating and supervising the day-to-day operations in multiple facilities with multiple providers. - This individual will partner with a diverse team of doctors, providers, vendors, consultants and team members to optimize operations to positively impact the practice growth. - The primary duties include working closely with clinical and front office staff in daily operational tasks such as scheduling, billing and collections, implementing work policies for employees, marketing and social media management, managing the staff including recruiting, interviewing, and training. - A good candidate must have the willingness to initiate tasks, have excellent communication skills and a positive can-do attitude. - This person will ensure beyond optimal patient care in compliance with all government regulations, while being well versed in risk and liability mitigation. Qualifications Include - Five years of proven high-level operations experience in healthcare (dental preferred or multi location) retail or related fields - Bachelor’s Degree required, Masters Preferred - Exceptional people skills/customer service - Reliable, resilient and relentless while adapting to ever changing work environments and job duties - Competitive salary, benefits, and room to grow!
