We are a privately owned, intown dental office located in Atlantic Station and we pride ourselves with our family-like atmosphere. Our patients are our always our first priority, and they love us for it! Our ideal new team member should be energetic and passionate about providing quality patient care, be an outstanding team player, can coordinate both the patient and clinician schedules, and possess methodical and organizational skills. This position is fundamental to the smooth and efficient running of the practice, and is expected to interact on a daily basis with patients, other administrative staff, and dental providers. Compensation: Negotiable - will be a Salaried as opposed to hourly. ***Available Bonus based on an achieved group goal This is a full-time position and the salary is competitive. Some of the benefits include free dental coverage to all employees (some exclusions), paid holidays, Retirement and medical benefits, paid covered parking. Responsibilities: - Treatment planning and assisting patients with their financial obligations by presenting treatment options and reviewing insurance breakdowns - Build trusting relationships - create and organized and productive schedule for our providers - Follow up calls and emails to patients - EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! - Timely response to patients and management - Verification of insurance (as needed) - Providing additional administrative and clerical support, as needed Qualifications: - Reliable and self-motivated - Experience with complicated planning and negotiating - Proven track record of meeting, and exceeding, production goals - Proficient in dental procedures, insurance, and software - Scheduling experience - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) - Demonstrated ability to develop rapport and trust with patients - Customer service skills - Sales experience a plus - People person - Relates well to others and has ability to train and cultivate other great team members
