Hours: M-Th 7:30a-5p At Cakmes Dental Studio our mission is to deliver happy, healthy smiles in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere where we work together as a team. We are looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager who is highly motivated, self starting, dependable and goal-orientated to help provide the most efficient care for our community. Minimum dental management experience required is 5 years. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Create a friendly and professional environment Plan and conduct energizing weekly department meetings as well as monthly team meetings Handle all accounts payable and receivable with use of quickbooks online Run payroll as well as manage 401k contributions/deductions, PTO, Holidays, Insurance deductions, etc. Track and approve all ordering for the office Oversee budgets and make adjustments if and when needed Conduct any team training and/or hiring needs Must be able to coach the team and offer constructive criticism Present treatment plans with accurate insurance estimates and secure payments Proficient in all front office duties i.e. phones, scheduling, collecting, etc. Have a wide range of knowledge with dental insurance companies i.e. online portals, claims processing, electronic funds transfers, fee schedules, etc. Have open communication with doctors and team Maintain productive and efficient schedules Ensure that patient experience is always above and beyond expectations Send electronic claims/statements, including NEA attachments Experience using EagleSoft software is preferred Delegate follow ups for patients treatment, recare, claims, etc Maintain confidentiality through HIPPA compliance Work well in a team/goal oriented environment Be respectful to patients, doctor, and team Follow office protocol and procedures as well as create new policies as needed Complete any re-credentialing needed for doctors with insurance and licensing renewals.
