Executive Summary Our Invisalign Director is a compassionate individual who takes great pride in providing unparalleled customer service. This role will not only provide their Team Members with guidance and support, but they also create a welcoming environment for our guests. We are looking for an Invisalign Director who is ready for the challenge of growing and developing their career alongside our Clinical Team in a dynamic family-oriented culture. This role will partner weekly with our general dentists and orthodontists in our offices to further build the existing Invisalign program. Scope and Key Responsibilities Managing all day-to-day operations of assigned Invisalign markets including employee relations, patient relations, and achieving operational goals Drive Invisalign growth in all offices through weekly interactions with operational and clinical teams Set up continuing education for doctors, hygienists, dental assistants, and front office staff Push utilization of digital scanners in the offices Facilitate relationship between orthodontists and general dentists to help drive more Invisalign case starts in all offices Increasing patient growth and retention by supporting sales, marketing, and promotion of Invisalign programs Achieve revenue goals by effectively managing the office teams, doctor productivity, staff productivity, and collections and receivables Ensuring successful execution of Invisalign standards, including compliance with established company policies and procedures Handling patient service issues to ensure guest satisfaction Travel throughout the DFW, Houston, Austin and San Antonio Markets Completing daily and monthly reporting Performing other duties as required to support the General and Orthodontic teams around the Invisalign program Qualifications and Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an orthodontic setting with a specific concentration around the Invisalign program Minimum of 3 years of experience successfully leading and growing Invisalign and orthodontic production in a multi-site company Proven ability to increase case acceptance and drive Invisalign production at both the clinician and practice levels.
