We strongly believe in promoting internally and provide support for additional training, so you’ll have amazing opportunities to advance your career! *What we offer: * * Privately-owned by a local family, not a corporation, not DSO. * Philosophy of mentorship and support. * We train you and support your growth and improvement. * Continual opportunities to increase your income by better serving the public. * Team of respectful professionals who make working enjoyable! * Flexible hours (we do work 2 Saturdays per month). * Per hour pay or % of the collections (whichever is higher). *What we are looking from you: * * Must be proficient in all aspect of dentistry. * You are Compassionate, Gentle, Good Communicator, Dependable, and Willing to treat some children (we only low anxiety kids, we refer difficult children to pediatric dentist). * Candidates must have current Illinois Dental Board License * Huge advantage if you can place and treat implant patients!!!! *Duties and Responsibilities: * * Responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients. * Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations. * Ensure the treatment plan is reviewed with each family and receive informed consent for treatment services. * Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations, HIPPA, and OSHA regulations. * Provide leadership and direction to the team Job Types: Part-time, Full-time, Contract Salary: Hourly (based on experience).
