Orthodontic Front Desk Coordinating Avant-Garde Orthodontics is looking for an awesome front desk coordinator / Receptionist who can grow with us! We are a small private orthodontic practice and we have a lot of potential for your future growth. Our practice is up to date technology and doctor believes in building an interrelationship between team members with honest communication. Person who has a good work ethic, friendly, reliable, organized, and responsible will be the one whom we are looking for. Good conversational skill and professionalism is a must, since you will be talking with parents a lot! We are looking for an attitude and your character; we can teach you anything and you can be an awesome front desk staff for our team, if you are a quick learner with great attitude! The ideal team member will possess a positive attitude and a strong work ethic with attention to detail and follow through. Job Types: 32 - 37 hours/week Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour Experience: • Dental front desk receptionist (1 year preferred) • 1 years working experience in dental assisting (Preferred) • 1 years working experience in orthodontic dental assisting (Preferred) • Dental assisting school (Required) • Xray Certification (Required) Duties: • Ability to cover front desk o Answering Telephone, Scheduling, and Greeting Patients • Accepting payment and post payment in software • Insurance verification and updates and prepare insurance billings in timely manner • Present Treatment Fee and Follow-up calls to schedule • Attend morning meeting and prepare for day • Organizing office admin works and accomplishing tasks in timely manner Applicant must have: • Dependable • Good work ethics and attitude • Positive attitude with kind, friendly, and welcoming personality • Flexible and able to multi-task • Communication skill – good phone skills • Self-motivated and Detail Oriented • Team Oriented • Organized and problem solver • Basic computer knowledge Education: • High school or equivalent Work Location: • One location Benefit Conditions: • 2 Weeks of vacation • 5 paid holidays per year • 3 months of waiting period may apply Hours per week: • 32 - 35 hours/week Typical start time (30 minutes before actual clinic time): • Mon/Wed : 8:00AM – 5:00PM, clock in 7:30am • Tues/Thurs : 9:00PM – 6:00PM, clock in 8:30am • Friday (Admin prn) : 9:30AM - 12:30PM, clock in 9:20am Communication method(s) used: • Email • Phone • Chat • In person Companys website: • • COVID-19 precautions Remote interview process Personal protective equipment provided or required Plastic shield at work stations Temperature screenings Social distancing guidelines in place Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place All patients and staff members follow CDC and ADA protocol Applicant Qualifications You have requested that Indeed ask candidates the following questions: What is the highest level of education you have completed?
