Description

Job Title: Patient Relations -Billing Call Center Representative We are looking to add a member to our Patient Relations Team at the Georgia School of Orthodontics! We are an accredited three-year orthodontic residency program and clinic located in the Sandy Springs area. We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and motivated individual to answer calls from potential patients and convert them into new patients. You will be the FIRST point of contact a potential patient has with GSO, and therefore your role is crucial to the continued success of our practice. Exceptional customer service and a positive, cheery attitude are an absolute must for this position. We are offering a competitive salary for this position. Experience in billing/insurance strongly preferred! Applicant must able to multitask exceptionally. You must have at least two years of experience working front desk in an orthodontic or dental practice, OR at least two years of proven sales experience (with preference in the dental or orthodontic field). Special preference is also given to candidates who have served as customer service representatives or have extensive experience in treatment planning. The right person will have excellent organizational skills, be passionate about customer service, extremely organized, understand that some information is confidential and be willing to protect that information, must be honest, and trustworthy. Essential qualifications are: • Happy, energetic personality and able to connect with our callers, guests, faculty, and Residents • Must be team player who can work towards group consensus • Experience in medical billing/insurance • Excellent spoken and written communication skills • Can-do attitude and great work ethic • Excellent customer service orientation • Continuous and quick learner. • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus!
