iKids Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics has an immediate full-time opportunity for a Dental Office Manager! The Office Manager will plan, coordinate, and oversee the dental practice to ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently. The Office Manager will enthusiastically lead and manage overall operations of the dental office. The position is accountable for achieving financial goals and attaining sustainable business results focusing specifically on revenue, profit, and practice. We are pleased to offer a competitive salary and strong benefits package, which includes: • Company contributions towards medical insurance coverage • Vision and Dental Insurance • Paid time off (PTO) policy • Company paid holidays • Employer-paid AD and D Insurance • Flex-Spending Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Leadership and Management • Maintain office schedules following policies and procedures • Implement iKids Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics office polices and ensure employees are following all office polices • Seek involvement / actively participate in activities that promote professional growth and performance improvement • Corrective discipline and training • Other duties as assigned Financial • Responsible for achieving all budgeted goals and objectives • Ensure employees are billing patients correctly • Ensure employees are correctly collecting co-pays and balances are collected from patients Requirements • Minimum three years experience in management position. Accounting/PandL experience preferred. • Practice management software experience with Eaglesoft. • Good command of the English language, both verbal and written. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work well with physicians, patients, employees and others. • Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures and dental insurance.
