Description

A well established Oral Maxillofacial Surgical Group is seeking a OMS Manager of Operations to assist in oversight of the day to day functions for three of our practice locations. Essential Functions: • Assist Director of Operations in management of staff and facilities; 40+ employees and 7 Oral Surgeons • Assist in interviewing, hiring, onboarding of new employees • Focus on positive morale and teambuilding among all three locations • Support administrative tasks and projects assigned by the Area Director of Operations • Work closely with Revenue Cycle Management Team. Ensure Patient and Insurance AR is current through audits and account research. • Familiarity with Insurance guidelines and reimbursement rates. • Work with existing vendor relationships to manage office equipment, utilities, software, IT, and facility repairs and updates • Support staff in reaching monthly and bi-annual goals. • Assist in maintaining clean, organized offices and updates in OSHA compliance. • Support front office and admin staff with new protocols, trainings, quarterly meetings and updates. Qualifications and Requirements • Must be willing to float between all locations in Medical Center, Stone Oak, and Boerne • Bachelors degree (recommended), 5 years of management/supervisory experience, 3 years of dental office leadership experience. • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. • Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. • Must be detail oriented and possess the ability to work independently and manage time well. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent critical thinking skills. • Honesty and Integrity. • Displays leadership skills and behaviors that contribute to superior performance. • Strong customer service, retail, sales, or dental experience (including knowledge of dental codes, terminology, procedures, and dental insurance). *The ideal candidate will have worked in Oral Surgery prior and know how to navigate the WINOMS software. This position will report to the Area Director of Operations and work closely with the Clinical Lead Assistant to help maximize operations. Strong and well-balanced leadership skills are necessary.
