Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled certified dental assistant (expanded duties a plus) to join 40 plus year old comprehensive care dental office in the City Decatur, GA. Our office is a fee-for-service office, striving to provide quality dental services in family-like work environment. Dental assistant plays critical role in offering an excellent patient care and making positive experience for patients. We welcome an assistant who has great personality, communication skills, willingness to learn, and a team player. Pay based on experience Range-$22-29 an hour Clinical Team Member Requirements ***MUST have --1 or more years experience as a chair-side dental assistant (photos/x-rays, impressions, temporaries, assisting with procedures including fillings, crowns, simple extractions, and all things that fall under the umbrella of basic and restorative dental treatment) Familiarity with CEREC or similar CAD/CAM design (or a willingness to learn) Knowledge of dental insurance, treatment planning, and scheduling Proficiency in Curve or similar dental software Familiarity with Invisalign Familiarity with Perio Protect Trays, oral DNA testing, Digital Doc intra-oral camera, (or willingness to learn) Familiarity with iTero (or willingness to learn) Xray Certification CPR Certification is a plus Expanded duties certificate is a plus! Understanding of the oral-systemic connection and integrating education into patient care (or the willingness to learn) Experience with in-office whitening procedures, KöR, and fabrication of trays Understanding the connection between Dental and Airway Health (or willingness to learn) Proficiency in sterilization processes Strong work ethic and team focused is required
