Dentist • Fort Worth About the Company: We are a well-established family dental practice in Fort Worth, Texas. We are looking for a Doctor with a great personality and a committed work ethic. This is a great opportunity for any associate looking to work in a well established private practice and being the only provider. The office is outfitted with 5 rooms, electric hand-pieces, digital sensor x-rays + Nomad, digital panoramic x-ray machine, and intraoral cameras. The office offers a relaxing hometown atmosphere for every patient. Our office takes pride in putting patients at ease with a very welcoming staff. The patient’s comfort is our priority. The office is staffed with a very experienced and compassionate team. Our doctor will be given autonomy over treatment planning. Currently ortho, implants, wisdom teeth are being seen with our contracted dentists once a month with mentor-ship available if interested in expanding treatment procedures. About the Position: This is the opportunity that we are extending to the right person: • A private practice environment • Dentist owned and operated Bilingual or fluent in Spanish is preferred • Modern technology, and equipment • PPO and fee for service patients only • Great working hours Monday-Thursday, with potential for Fridays • True teamwork • All-star trained support staff (1 treatment coordinator, 1-2 assistants, 1 hygienist, and 1 Business/Office manager) • Clinical and ethical standards at the highest level! Duties and Responsibilities: • Diagnose and treat diseases, injuries, and malformation of teeth and oral structures according standard of care • Prescribe medications necessary for infection control, pain control, prevention of dental disease • Provide instructions in oral hygiene and methods of preventing the spread of oral disease Qualifications and Requirements: • Dental Doctoral degree from an accredited dental school • State license and regional boards, and eligible to practice dentistry in the state of Texas (DEA, NPI, etc.) • Open Dental practice management software experience preferred • Outstanding positive attitude and demeanor • Excellent customer service skills • Professionalism in all aspects of job • Good grooming and professional image • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and anticipation skills • Ability to multi-task • Bilingual a plus
