To accomplish this, we are seeking to hire an administrative leader who will support the business needs of our general dental practice in Mebane, NC. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership qualities, possess excellent communication skills, and possess the ability to provide world class customer service. What You’ll Gain • Competitive benefits including health insurance, paid holidays, and PTO (paid time off) • Continuing education to remain current with the latest dental industry trends, current technologies, and expand leadership and team building skills Minimum Qualifications • Associate’s or Bachelors degree or 3 - 5 years’ leadership experience in a dental front office setting • Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment • Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies • Excellent communication, leadership, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills • High ethical standards (maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics) Preferred Experience • 1 years of experience in a dental or setting • 1 years of experience with insurance billing and accounts receivable • Eaglesoft or other dental software experience Job Responsibilities •Ensure the front office delivers unparalleled support and service to both Doctor and patients • Guide your team by focusing on constant and never-ending improvement, creating an environment where team members become masters of their individual roles • Set the standard for exceptional customer service and team member collaboration as a key relationship builder • Oversee the daily operations of the office, including things like filing patient claims with insurance companies and managing payments, resolving patient issues, coordinating team schedules, and tracking inventory levels • Review, analyze and use business reports to identify missed opportunities and recommend and implement best practices and systems needed to positively impact office performance • Escalate patient issues, operational challenges, and HR related issues directly to the Practice Manager
