What You’ll Gain • Competitive benefits including health insurance, paid holidays, and PTO (paid time off) • Continuing education to remain current with the latest dental industry trends, current technologies, and expand leadership and team building skills Minimum Qualifications • Associate’s or Bachelors degree or 3 - 5 years’ leadership experience in a dental front office setting • Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment • Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies • Excellent communication, leadership, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills • High ethical standards (maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics) Preferred Experience • 1 years of experience in a dental or setting • 1 years of experience with insurance billing and accounts receivable • Eaglesoft or other dental software experience Job Responsibilities •Ensure the front office delivers unparalleled support and service to both Doctor and patients • Guide your team by focusing on constant and never-ending improvement, creating an environment where team members become masters of their individual roles • Set the standard for exceptional customer service and team member collaboration as a key relationship builder • Oversee the daily operations of the office, including things like filing patient claims with insurance companies and managing payments, resolving patient issues, coordinating team schedules, and tracking inventory levels • Review, analyze and use business reports to identify missed opportunities and recommend and implement best practices and systems needed to positively impact office performance • Escalate patient issues, operational challenges, and HR related issues directly to the Practice Manager
