Job Position for Associate Dentist at Toothbar Location: Toothbar, Downtown Austin Position Type: Full-time (4 days a week) Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm Compensation: Collections based Job: Dentist/ Dental Associate for Toothbar Toothbar is more than a dental practice. Our growing single office private practice, located in the heart of downtown Austin, is seeking a highly skilled dental associate to join our Toothbar family and work alongside our existing dentists. State of the Art technology in an office that won the American Dental Association’s “Best design” for a new build in 2019 Continuing education opportunities including as an Invisalign Diamond Plus provider Collaborative work environment as you’ll be joining the team with three existing dentists Private practice (fee for service and select PPO’s) Excellent compensation with the option for base pay with percent of collections or percent of collections Work-life balance with a four day a week schedule Medical Insurance contribution At Toothbar we value continuity of care and are looking for a dentist to join our family and make it their home. Responsibilities: Lead the clinical diagnosis and appropriate dental treatment of patients Assist in creating a customer-focused dental experience for patients Perform dental procedures, such as crown and bridge, filling cavities, Invisalign, veneers, implant restorations, and other more specialized procedures Qualifications and Requirements: DDS, DMD degree is required CPR/BLS Certification is required Current License to practice dentistry in Texas Minimum of 2 years clinical experience at a dental practice Dedication to ensuring the highest quality of care to patients Leadership skills that value collaboration and an inclusive work environment High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation Invisalign experience preferred Cosmetic dentistry experience preferred
