Description

Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator We are a new, modern, state-of-the-art Orthodontic practice in Torrance, CA, seeking a Treatment Coordinator, ideally with Dental or Medical office experience, however we are open to training a driven and committed individual who is highly motivated and dedicated to taking the best care of our patients and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Since this is a new practice, you’ll work directly with the doctor to set the tone for the practice, and there will be ample opportunities to grow. Responsibilities will include: • Full-time. Mon-Fri, 9am-12pm and 1-6pm (8hrs/day) • Provide a great experience by developing strong and lasting relationships with new and existing patients and referring Doctors. • Marketing on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, etc). Ex: taking and posting fun photos with patients and of office events. • Perform day-to-day Front desk activities (ex. Answering phones promptly, scheduling appointments, checking in and checking out patients) • Serve as primary source of contact for patients, responds quickly to inquiries via e-mail, Google and Yelp. • Proactively prepare for consults by calling insurance to verify eligibility and obtaining detailed benefit breakdown • Explain the treatment plan, assist patients on prioritizing the treatment and establish a plan for scheduling and payment, walk patients through in-house financing options • Work closely and communicate effectively with account manager to facilitate and address treatment plans, billing and charging out financial contracts • Collecting payments Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required • Upbeat and friendly personality required. • Detail-oriented, organized, professional and an outgoing team player.
