Dental Hygienist- Rockstar, all smiles! Exciting part of full-time opportunity! Moorehead Family Dentistry’s Blue Ash location is needing a stand out, all smiles, rock star registered dental hygienist. Part time is Tuesdays and Wednesdays or Full Time would include Tues/Wed and Blue Ash and travel for Mon and Thurs to one of our other locations (Batavia). We are an established, privately owned practice with a history of long term staff. This is a long term staff position with opportunities to earn higher base pay. What we provide: • Digital Xrays and charting • 1 hr recall and 1.5 hr new patient appointments • Cavitron • A clear process for hygiene appointment flow and expectations for success • PPE following ADA COVID-19 recommendations • Open Dental Software • Outsourced dental instrument sharpening Responsibilities: • Provide instruction for treatment and at home care • Periodontal and dental charting • Taking digital X-rays and intra/extra-oral photos • Maintaining and sterilizing dental instruments • Keep supplies in operatory stocked • Build rapport with patients • Work with patient to co-diagnose dental issues along with dentist Qualifications: • Candidates must have current RDH license • Self-motivated with the willingness to exceed patient expectations • Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strict adherence to policies and regulations relating to OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA • Dental software experience (Dentrix/Open Dental/Eagle Soft, Dexis, MS Word, scanning documents) • Desire to continually improve by learning new techniques, procedures, and processes. • Team oriented with an outgoing personality
